FBLA Competition Project
What is it?
Ask Webber is a website designed for the students of the Web Development and Design program at Dauphin County Technical School. It was a project I built with one of my seniors for FBLA’s Website Design Competition. Ask Webber holds a special place in my heart because of the skills I developed while building it.
What I learned from this Project
This was my first time building a two-view website, so I had to improvise and test multiple plugins and WordPress features to get the result I wanted. My favorite part was building the login and registration pages. It was difficult at first, but then I found a plugin called Profile Builder this by far made the process easier.
The Color Pallete
The color palette was heavily influenced by our class mascot, “Webber.” Webber is a tree frog stuffed animal.
